Client is working with a leading U.S.-based organization that is looking to bring on an experienced ServiceNow FSM Developer. This is a fully remote contract opportunity to support Field Service Management implementations, work through a strong backlog, and deliver scalable, best-practice solutions across the platform.

Responsibilities:

Support the end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow Field Service Management.
Work through a backlog of enhancements, defects, and configuration updates.
Deliver hands-on development, including workflows, Flow Designer, integrations, and scripting.
Configure and customize FSM modules, including Work Orders, Dispatching, Scheduling, and Mobile Agent.
Collaborate with architects and business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
Provide best-practice guidance and recommend scalable solutions.
Ensure alignment with ServiceNow platform standards and governance.

Requirements:

5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
Strong experience with Field Service Management.
Experience supporting or delivering FSM implementations.
Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide, Flow Designer).
Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) is highly preferred.
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – FSM.
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
