.Position Description:We're looking for a highly skilled Senior Product Analyst who blends deep technical expertise with strong product-thinking. In this role, you'll serve as a strategic partner to both business and technology teams leading technical discovery, shaping data-driven product requirements, and ensuring seamless integration across complex systems.
You'll work with XML, JSON, and large-scale data flows to build features that improve accuracy, reduce risk, and enhance lender and customer experiences. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at navigating ambiguity, and enjoys being a go-to resource for both technical and business stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:- Leading technical analysis and product discovery across multiple systems and data sources
- Translating complex XML/JSON structures into clear, actionable product requirements
- Creating high-quality user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics
- Leveraging AI-enabled tools to accelerate analysis, prototyping, and test scenario creation
- Collaborating closely with engineering, data, and QA teams to drive scalable, integrated solutions
- Identifying gaps, risks, dependencies, and technical constraints early
- Communicating clearly across both business and technical audiences
- Influencing product direction and delivering capabilities that drive measurable customer value
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems) or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of senior-level experience in Product Analysis, Data Analysis, or Technical Business Analysis
- Hands-on experience analyzing, mapping, and transforming XML and JSON data
- Strong Agile experience (stories, refinement, stakeholder alignment, sprint execution)
- Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint
- Demonstrated ability to lead conversations, meetings, and cross-functional working sessions
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively across both technical and business teams
- Experience in financial services, fintech, or other highly regulated, data-driven environments
- Familiarity with loan data standards (UCD, ULDD) or similar structured data frameworks
- Experience with AI-assisted analysis or requirements development
- Understanding of automation, data validation, and quality assurance processes
