Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Training and Development Specialists to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Translate existing technology solutions and platform capabilities into practical business use cases, workflows, success criteria, and repeatable operating practices.
- Develop and deliver technical enablement through training materials, demonstrations, workshops, user guides, hands-on exercises, office hours, and train-the-trainer programs.
- Scale successful use cases across teams by developing reusable playbooks, identifying adoption barriers, gathering user feedback, and coordinating appropriate technical or process improvements.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
Experience in technology enablement, technical training, business application adoption, use-case development, or related roles supporting enterprise technology solutions and cross-functional teams.
