Summary

Job Title Oracle Order Management ConsultantLocation: Remote
Duration: 6 months (Hours:600 hrs, 75 days)
Travel: As per business requirements and Travel Expenses covered by the client


We are seeking an experienced Oracle Order Management (OM) Consultant to support the design, implementation, and optimization of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes within Oracle ERP environments. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in Oracle Order Management, pricing, shipping, and order orchestration, and will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional departments to deliver scalable solutions that improve order processing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and support Oracle Order Management (OM) modules within Oracle EBS or Oracle Fusion.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system configurations.
  • Support Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes including order entry, pricing, shipping, invoicing, and fulfillment.
  • Work with cross-functional teams including Finance, Inventory, Shipping, and Procurement to ensure seamless integration.
  • Perform fit-gap analysis, solution design, testing, and deployment for OM implementations or enhancements.
  • Develop functional design documents (BR100, MD050) and support technical teams with development requirements.
  • Support CRP, UAT, and end-user training activities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to order processing, pricing, and shipping workflows.
  • Coordinate with integration teams for interfaces with WMS, logistics systems, and external applications.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience working with Oracle Order Management (OM).
  • Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.
  • Experience with Oracle EBS R12 or Oracle Fusion Order Management.
  • Experience in order orchestration, pricing, shipping execution, and fulfillment workflows.
  • Ability to create functional design documents and test scripts.
  • Experience supporting CRP, UAT, and production support activities.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Oracle Inventory, Shipping, and Advanced Pricing.
  • Knowledge of OTM (Oracle Transportation Management) or WMS integrations.
  • Experience with global ERP implementations.

Familiarity with SQL or reporting tools for troubleshooting
