  • Promote Agile maturity across the organization and guide teams in adopting scalable Agile practices.
Stakeholder & Portfolio Management
  • Partner with Product Owners to refine and manage backlogs, including cross-project dependencies.
  • Work closely with project/program managers, discipline leads, and enterprise stakeholders to communicate progress and escalate risks.
  • Lead moderately complex, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Engage with executives, risk partners, and compliance teams to ensure alignment with corporate governance standards.
Required Qualifications

  • Recent (within the last 3 years) SDLC experience
Desired Qualifications

Additional Preferred Skills

  • Strong consulting expertise, analytical skills, and experience managing multiple projects with competing deadlines.
  • Experience working with risk, compliance, and regulatory stakeholders.
  • Ability to document requirements, perform gap analyses, and produce business process diagrams.
  • Experience managing platform implementations, tracking risks and issues, and managing scope across project phases.
  • Strong relationship-management experience across enterprise technology teams.
  • Demonstrated success acting as a change champion in large-scale technology transformations.
  • Experience coordinating large-scale initiatives involving broad stakeholder groups.
