Role Description
The Program Manager I provides end to end program management leadership for multiple strategic and highly complex Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) initiatives. This role plans, organizes, and delivers a portfolio of interrelated projects that span business units, technical teams, and key stakeholders across the Bank. Program outcomes directly support multi year strategic priorities and strengthen Corporate Security and Resilience. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical capability, proven project leadership, and hands-on experience navigating complex technology environments using Agile methodologies.
Strategic (30%) / Tactical (70%) Execution
Drive day to day execution of CIAM program initiatives while contributing to strategic planning and long-term roadmap discussions.
Program Leadership
Manage a portfolio of complex, high impact projects through the full lifecycle-from initial definition and approval through delivery, benefits realization, and formal closeout.
Ensure program structure, governance, documentation, and reporting align with Program Office standards and expectations.
Deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget while achieving defined quality and business outcomes.
Governance & Expertise
Serve as an internal subject matter expert in program and project management, supporting teams with best practices, issue resolution, and strategic insight.
Review and approve project plans to ensure alignment with program objectives, dependencies, schedules, and risk profiles.
Program Oversight & Risk Management
Define program scope in partnership with sponsors. Own program goals, risk and issue management, resource planning, and benefit tracking.
Provide clear, timely status updates and ensure high quality documentation across all initiatives.
Culture & Continuous Improvement
Foster a culture focused on value delivery, excellence, and continuous improvement across all program activities.
Skills & Requirements
6+ years of program or project management experience with a strong record of successfully leading complex initiatives.
Expertise in program/project methodologies, full lifecycle delivery, documentation standards, and risk/issue/dependency management.
Demonstrated success delivering large-scale programs to scope, schedule, and budget.
Experience leading technology implementation projects, including managing onshore/offshore development teams.
Practical experience implementing Agile methodologies, including MVP-based delivery approaches.
Proficient with JIRA, Atlassian Rovo; ARC experience preferred.
Strong Microsoft Office skills including Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and Word.
Bachelor's degree required
