Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP projects (S/4HANA, BTP, and related modules) from initiation to deployment.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources.
Collaborate with functional leads (FI/CO, MM, PP, SD, QM, WM, etc.) to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business stakeholders.
Act as the primary liaison between IT, business users, and external vendors/partners.
Ensure adherence to IT governance, compliance, and quality assurance standards.
Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations proactively.
Support change management, training, and user adoption of SAP solutions.
Track KPIs and report project progress to senior leadership.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or PMP certification preferred.
8+ years of experience in IT project management with at least 5+ years managing SAP projects.
Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and its core modules (FI/CO, MM, PP, SD, etc.).
Proven success in leading full-cycle SAP implementations or major upgrades.
Experience working with SAP BTP, integrations, and cloud platforms is highly desirable.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and innovative environment.
Automotive or manufacturing industry experience is a plus.
