Summary

Role: SAP Project Manager

6 months contract

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP projects (S/4HANA, BTP, and related modules) from initiation to deployment.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Collaborate with functional leads (FI/CO, MM, PP, SD, QM, WM, etc.) to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary liaison between IT, business users, and external vendors/partners.
  • Ensure adherence to IT governance, compliance, and quality assurance standards.
  • Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations proactively.
  • Support change management, training, and user adoption of SAP solutions.
  • Track KPIs and report project progress to senior leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or PMP certification preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in IT project management with at least 5+ years managing SAP projects.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and its core modules (FI/CO, MM, PP, SD, etc.).
  • Proven success in leading full-cycle SAP implementations or major upgrades.
  • Experience working with SAP BTP, integrations, and cloud platforms is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and innovative environment.
  • Automotive or manufacturing industry experience is a plus.
