Looking Independent Consultant
My client is seeking a Senior Production Operations / DevOps / SRE Engineer to join a specialized team in Redmond, WA (Fully Onsite). This role is crucial for an internal self-host program, where you will monitor live telemetry and hardware health to ensure a seamless production experience for a confidential client device project. If you are passionate about the Android ecosystem, data analysis, and maintaining prototype hardware stability, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
- Monitor & Analyze: Track telemetry from services, applications, and prototype devices to assess operational health and identify anomalies early.
- Investigate & Triage: Utilize telemetry dashboards to investigate issues, gather and analyze logs (including hands-on device support), and assign bugs.
- Release Support: Validate deployments and track service health during ring deployments to ensure smooth software rollouts.
- Collaborate: Work directly with engineering teams to support mitigations, fixes, rollbacks, and post-release verification.
What We Are Looking For:

- Experience: 5–7 years in Software Engineering, DevOps, SRE, or Production Operations.

- Telemetry & Troubleshooting: 3+ years of experience with telemetry analysis, logging tools, and live system troubleshooting.

- OS Expertise: Strong proficiency with the Android (Mobile OS) ecosystem.

- Location: Ability to work fully onsite in Redmond, WA.
