Design Systems Business Analyst

Our client is seeking a Design Systems Business Analyst to support the development and adoption of a centralized design system across multiple digital products. This role partners closely with design, engineering, and product teams to define requirements, standardize workflows, and ensure consistent implementation of reusable UI components. The ideal candidate has strong business analysis skills, a solid understanding of design systems, and the ability to translate design intent into clear functional and technical requirements.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in business analysis supporting digital products, UI/UX, or front-end teams
• Strong understanding of design principles, atomic design, and systems thinking
• Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria (Gherkin preferred)
• Ability to communicate complex design and technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working in Agile environments using tools such as Jira, Confluence, and/or Trello
• Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma or Sketch (preferred, not required)

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Dublin, OH.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $60.00/hr.
