As a Full Stack .NET Developer, you will contribute to the design, development, and enhancement of enterprise solutions within a collaborative and inclusive environment. You will help modernize applications, improve platform reliability, and deliver valuable user experiences while expanding your technical expertise and career growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, and support full-stack applications that support critical workplace and START/Digital Onboarding services.
  • Contribute to modernization initiatives that improve application performance, reliability, security, and compliance.
  • Build and integrate APIs and backend services that support business and technology objectives.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues while helping maintain platform stability and reliability.
  • Apply AI-assisted development tools to improve development efficiency and code quality.
  • Collaborate with engineers, product partners, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality technical solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews, Agile ceremonies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge-sharing activities within the team.

What you have

Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of professional experience in full-stack web application development; BS/MS degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of Schwab domain technology experience
  • Experience developing and supporting web-based applications using modern development practices.
  • Proficiency in C# and .NET Core for developing backend services and APIs.
  • Experience troubleshooting application issues and supporting production environments.
  • Working knowledge of application security concepts and secure coding practices.
  • Strong skills in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for developing responsive user interfaces.
  • Experience building single-page applications using Angular and TypeScript.
  • Experience designing, creating, and consuming RESTful APIs.
  • Working knowledge of relational databases and NoSQL data stores.
  • Experience implementing unit tests and supporting software quality practices.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative Agile environment.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience contributing to application modernization initiatives.
  • Familiarity with application performance monitoring and performance optimization.
  • Experience with web accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
  • Experience working in Agile and Scrum-based development teams.
  • Exposure AI-assisted development tools and practices.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
