Key Responsibilities

Contribute to the modernization of PA Notify, enhancing performance and scalability
Develop and maintain applications using TypeScript (frontend/backend) and Ruby on Rails
Design, develop, and optimize databases using PostgreSQL
Operate effectively in a run team model, ensuring system stability and timely issue resolution
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive technical decision-making
Demonstrate ownership, accountability, and leadership in delivering high-quality solutions
Work across data analysis, engineering, and software development functions
Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment

Required Skills & Qualifications

Hands-on expertise in Ruby on Rails (RoR)
Solid experience in TypeScript development
Solid experience with PostgreSQL databases
Ability to work as a self-starter with minimal supervision
Demonstrated leadership and ownership mindset
Experience working in support/run team environments with flexibility
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
