Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technology Architect / Senior Integration Architect to lead the design, architecture, governance, administration, and production support of enterprise integration platforms.

The ideal candidate will translate business requirements into scalable and secure integration solutions, provide technical leadership across multiple middleware platforms, guide development teams, oversee production releases, and ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, security, integration, and DevOps standards.

Key Responsibilities

·  Lead architecture and design of enterprise integration solutions using TIBCO and API management platforms.

·  Design and implement integrations using TIBCO BusinessWorks, EMS, BusinessConnect, REST, SOAP, JMS, and microservices.

·  Define enterprise API architecture, API standards, governance, security, and lifecycle management.

·  Develop and maintain APIs and integration services across enterprise applications.

·  Work with Azure APIM, IBM APIC, and IBM App Connect for API management and integration.

·  Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable integration architectures.

·  Provide technical leadership and guidance to integration development teams.

·  Review solution designs, integration patterns, technical specifications, and code.

·  Establish reusable integration frameworks, patterns, and best practices.

·  Manage production releases, deployment activities, and post-production validation.

·  Troubleshoot complex production issues and perform root-cause analysis.

·  Collaborate with application, cloud, security, infrastructure, and DevOps teams.

·  Implement secure integrations using IAM, Entra, certificates, SSL/mTLS, and authentication/authorization mechanisms.

·  Support CI/CD automation and integration deployment pipelines.

·  Ensure integration solutions comply with enterprise architecture, security, and regulatory standards.

·  Provide documentation, knowledge transfer, and technical guidance to delivery teams.

·  Participate in 24x7 rotational on-call production support.

Required Qualifications

·  12+ years of overall IT experience preferred.

·  10+ years of enterprise integration experience.

·  5+ years working as an Integration Lead / Integration Architect on large enterprise projects.

·  5+ years of hands-on TIBCO Suite experience.

·  Strong hands-on experience with TIBCO BusinessWorks, TIBCO EMS, and TIBCO BusinessConnect.

·  5+ years of API development and architecture experience.

·  Strong experience with REST, SOAP, JMS, APIs, and microservices.

·  Experience with at least one or more API management platforms such as Azure APIM or IBM API Connect.

·  Experience working with enterprise security, certificates, authentication, and integration governance.

·  Strong communication, architecture, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.

·  Willingness to participate in 24x7 rotational production support.
