JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Administrator with strong hands-on experience administering OCI environments and supporting enterprise cloud platforms.
The ideal candidate will have experience with OCI, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS), Dynatrace, Splunk, ServiceNow, OCI networking, IAM, CI/CD, automation, and ITIL processes.
The candidate will be responsible for cloud administration, production support, monitoring, troubleshooting, security, deployments, automation, and operational improvement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Administer and support enterprise Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environments.
-
Configure and manage OCI cloud services, networking, security, and access controls.
-
Support Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) environments and integrations.
-
Administer and support Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).
-
Manage Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS) users, groups, authentication, and access.
-
Monitor applications and infrastructure using Dynatrace and Splunk.
-
Analyze logs, alerts, performance metrics, and application/infrastructure issues.
-
Manage production incidents and service requests through ServiceNow.
-
Perform troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, remediation, and incident documentation.
-
Design, troubleshoot, and maintain hybrid connectivity between on-premises environments and OCI.
-
Work with OCI routing, firewalls, security rules, and network connectivity.
-
Design and review OCI IAM policies following least-privilege principles.
-
Plan and implement security patches, upgrades, and platform maintenance.
-
Support CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment processes.
-
Develop scripts and automation to reduce manual operational activities.
-
Follow ITIL processes for Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
-
Maintain operational documentation, procedures, and runbooks.
-
Collaborate with application, infrastructure, security, and engineering teams.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
-
Experience with OIC, OAC, and IDCS.
-
Hands-on experience with Dynatrace and Splunk.
-
Experience using ServiceNow for incident and change management.
-
Knowledge of OCI networking, routing, firewalls, and hybrid connectivity.
-
Experience with OCI IAM policy design and access management.
-
Experience with cloud security patches and platform upgrades.
-
Experience supporting CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
-
Experience with scripting and operational automation.
-
Strong understanding of ITIL Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
-
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
