Network Firewall Administrator
6+ month contract
Irving, TX (Onsite)

Responsibilities:
Configure and test security devices utilizing implementation script.
Document, label and asset tag devices
Prep for and manage shipping to remote destinations.
Work with remote sites to migrate to new Security devices.
Maintain comprehensive documentation for all configurations, network diagrams, and Asset management as well as shipping/tracking information.
Keep documentation up to date to facilitate knowledge transfer and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to understand business requirements and incorporate them into the network design and implementation.
Other operational tasks as required.

Requirements
Experience with Cisco/Fortinet Network devices.
Experience configuring and maintaining firewalls, Fortinet.
Experience and ability to script to configure Fortinet firewall.
Experience working with remote sites to migrate to the new firewall.
Test and verify.
Strong understanding of networking, TCP/IP.
Excellent network troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication skills, along with the ability to work independently and as a team.
Excellent problem-solving skills.




Estimated Min Rate: $28.00
Estimated Max Rate: $45.00
