Serve as platform administrator for an intelligence-sharing environment, including user onboarding/offboarding, access management, and training.
Manage CTI’s internal production tracking platform and ensure workflow integrity.
Oversee content curation and quality control for all published cyber threat intelligence products.
Perform final copy editing, quality assurance review, and release of threat intelligence reports.
Interface with internal tech teams and vendors to manage updates and change requests.
Collaborate with R&D and CTI teams to refine product vision and roadmap.
Maintain the product backlog, ensuring timely delivery of features and use cases.
Develop and maintain product training and documentation for stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
At least 6 years of experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) or publishing platforms.
Minimum 6 years in product release and project management.
Experience with Threat Intelligence Platforms (TIPs), particularly OpenCTI.
Proficiency managing content workflows and role-based access controls (RBAC).
Strong understanding of cyber threat intelligence production and data modeling.
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with precision and attention to detail.
Strong stakeholder engagement and customer-centric mindset.
Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, software architecture, and security engineering concepts.
Experience with CTI standards such as STIX, TAXII, and MITRE ATT&CK.
Familiarity with API-driven solutions and modern DevOps practices.
Agile project management experience or certification (e.g., PMI-ACP, CSM).
Eligibility for a security clearance highly desirable.
Hybrid: 3 days onsite at a secure Brooklyn office, 2 days remote.
Standard business hours, Monday to Friday (35 hours/week).
