ERP Project Manager to support a
nonprofit organization based in
Portland, OR. This role involves supporting a major
ERP modernization initiative, including coordinating ERP vendor evaluation, assisting with the ERP selection process, and helping prepare the organization for implementation across finance, HR/payroll, and operational teams. The position is

Job Details:
Schedule: Monday - Friday, approximately
20 hours per week Duration: 12-month contract Location: Remote (Portland, OR preferred for occasional onsite meetings)Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project timelines, milestones, and deliverables supporting an ERP modernization initiative
- Support the ERP vendor selection and evaluation process, including vendor communications and scheduling demonstrations
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams including Finance, HR/Payroll, Technology, and leadership stakeholders
- Maintain project documentation, status reporting, and governance processes
- Assist with vendor coordination and communication throughout the evaluation and implementation preparation phases
- Support contract discussions and coordination with legal and procurement teams
- Ensure project milestones and deadlines remain on schedule
- Support the transition from ERP vendor selection into the early implementation planning phase
- Assist with stakeholder communication and organizational readiness activities related to ERP adoption
Requirements - 7 + years of Project Management experience, preferably supporting ERP or enterprise system implementations
- Experience supporting ERP vendor selection, ERP implementation, or enterprise system modernization projects
- Strong experience working with financial ERP systems and finance-related processes
- Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and managing project timelines
- Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Experience:- Experience working with ERP platforms such as Workday, NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Acumatica, UKG, BambooHR, ADP, or Microsoft Dynamics
- Experience supporting organizations transitioning from manual processes to digital workflows
