Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee strategies to mitigate risks across networks, operating systems, and applications.
  • Monitor and document vulnerabilities, evaluating program effectiveness through mitigation efforts.

  • Employ vulnerability scanning tools to strengthen security measures, providing valuable insights to teams.
  • Advise on best practices for vulnerability remediation, collaborating with security partners to support application teams.
  • Demonstrate leadership by effectively setting goals, assessing tasks, and aligning team dynamics.

Skills

  • Expertise in managing and analyzing vulnerabilities.
  • Strong foundation in cyber security concepts and implementation.
  • Proficiency in project management with an emphasis on quality and resource allocation.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and effectively.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience utilizing vulnerability scanning tools, like Qualys.
  • Knowledge of risk management frameworks and strategies.
  • Capable of independent work while efficiently sharing best practices.
