Technical Recruiter I

Location: Arlington, Virginia (Onsite) OR Seattle, WA (Onsite)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Recruiter to join a team that supports infrastructure services, including cloud, cloud services, and computing services. This role involves recruiting for data center and engineering positions within the United States. The position requires working in a collaborative, goal-driven, and high-volume environment, with a focus on engaging with candidates and hiring managers to understand and meet hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and source potential candidates for technical roles.
• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to understand requirements and build a recruitment plan.
• Engage with candidates through email and virtual conversations.
• Conduct reference checks for applicants.
• Extend employment offers to selected candidates.
• Perform exit interviews with departing employees.
• Process changes related to employee status.

Required Qualifications

Experience: A minimum of 5 years of technical recruiting experience in a high-volume, goal-driven setting is required. Candidates with 6 or more years of high-volume recruiting experience without a technical focus may also be considered.

Technical Skills: Experience with technical recruiting and Boolean searches is necessary. Candidates must have knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the recruiting field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with technical SDE (Software Development Engineer) recruiting.
• An Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
• Previous experience with this organization is a plus.
