X-ray Field Service Engineer

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000

Location: Phoenix, AZ

We are seeking a talented Field Service Engineer to support our client's growing service team. In this role, you'll play a vital part in the maintenance and repair of diagnostic medical imaging systems, with a strong focus on X-ray. This is a field-based position that involves regular travel to hospitals and clinics across the Phoenix region, also supporting additional imaging modalities as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform installation, calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of X-ray, and other diagnostic imaging systems.
  • Deliver scheduled and unscheduled service support in line with company standards.
  • Provide high-quality documentation of service activity, reports, and inspections.
  • Act as the technical interface between the client and service management team.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while working independently in the field.
  • Adhere to safety, compliance, and performance standards.

Qualifications:

Are you a skilled engineer who thrives on solving technical challenges in a healthcare setting?

We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual with the following experience:
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience servicing medical imaging systems, with strong experience in X-ray.
  • Technical diploma or equivalent in electronics, electromechanics, or a related discipline.
  • Familiarity with additional modalities such as R&F and Mammography is a plus.
  • Strong working knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of DICOM and PACS is an advantage.
  • Experience with Shimadzu and/or Konica equipment is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license
