Job Description:The Brand Designer will support the design execution and production of a wide range of visual deliverables across Brand + Creative, helping the team manage a high volume of work while maintaining high standards of craft and brand consistency. This is a talented, collaborative, and multidisciplinary designer with strong execution skills who partners effectively with marketing stakeholders across the business, translating strategic objectives and creative briefs into clear, compelling visual solutions. They can quickly absorb complex information, understand diverse business needs, and create impactful work across digital and print channels while ensuring alignment with brand standards.
Skills/Experience:- Support day to day design needs across Brand + Creative, adapting and executing creative assets across multiple channels.
- Collaborate closely with designers, writers, and creative leads to ensure alignment between creative execution and campaign objectives.
- Communicate design concepts and rationale clearly and effectively within the team and to cross functional partners, as needed.
- Act as a steward of the brand by applying brand guidelines consistently across all deliverables.
- Use AI and emerging creative tools to accelerate production, generate design variations, and support efficient workflows.
- Design marketing materials across digital and print channels, including social graphics, presentations, banners, flyers, and other collateral.
Required Skills:- Strong proficiency in Figma (required), with experience building, adapting, and maintaining design files across projects and teams.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience designing social media creative, including adapting assets for different platforms and formats.
- Strong understanding of branding principles, typography, color theory, and visual composition.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast paced, team based environment.
- Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
