Business Analyst
Remote / only need base visit
who can work closely with customers, data stewards, and business stakeholders to understand data, business processes, challenges,
implications, and possible solutions. The candidate should be able to gather requirements
clearly, analyze business needs, and translate them into structured functional
requirements for delivery teams.
Required:
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to engage confidently with customers and business users.
Good understanding of data analysis, business processes, and requirement
gathering.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and documentation skills.
Ability to identify business implications, risks, gaps, and solution options.
Experience in working with cross-functional teams in a client-facing role.
Healthcare domain experience is a plus.
strong communicator who is proactive, structured, customer-focused, and able to
independently drive requirement discussions from discovery to solution clarity.
Engage with customers and business users to understand requirements, pain
points, and expected outcomes.
Work with data stewards and business teams to understand data flows, definitions,
quality issues, dependencies, and business impact.
Analyze business problems and propose practical solutions in collaboration with
technical teams.
Prepare requirement documents, user stories, process flows, and functional
specifications.
Support discussions across business and technical teams to ensure clarity,
alignment, and successful delivery.
Drive workshops, requirement meetings, and stakeholder conversations with
confidence.
