Role: Sr, Business Analyst
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 12 Months (Extension Possible)
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
Conduct requirements elicitation sessions with business and technical stakeholders.
Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications.
Perform business process mapping, gap analysis, and solution validation.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Salesforce Administrators/Developers, and development teams to refine the product backlog.
Work closely with Salesforce teams to analyze business processes, support configuration requirements, and optimize CRM workflows.
Translate business requirements into Salesforce functional solutions, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom objects/workflows where applicable.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of Business Analyst experience.
Strong experience with requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
Expertise in user stories, acceptance criteria, process modeling, and functional documentation.
Hands-on experience working with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, workflows, reports, dashboards, and CRM processes).
Experience collaborating with Salesforce Administrators and Developers on enhancements,
Preferred Qualifications
Healthcare, Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, or Public Sector experience.
Salesforce Administrator certification and/or ServiceNow CSA certification.
Experience in regulated environments (HIPAA, GxP).
Knowledge of Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) or Security Operations.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
PMP, CSM, or other Agile certifications are a plus.
