Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analyst IV to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets, providing actionable insights, and supporting data-driven decision-making processes. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities: - Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support business objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting tools.
- Provide recommendations based on data analysis to improve business performance.
- Support data governance and compliance initiatives.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong communication skills to present findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Pay Range: $60hr - $65hr on w2 The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
