Top Requirements:
4+ years of Business Execution, implementation, or strategic planning experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through work, consulting, training, military experience, or education.Proven experience designing and delivering complex training programs for diverse audiences, including frontline staff and operational teams.Strong ability to train on highly technical software platforms, supporting both onboarding and ongoing system releases in fast-paced environments.Plusses:
Hands-on nCino experience, especially supporting end-user training and system adoption.Familiarity with training, collaboration, and productivity tools such as Jira, Confluence, Articulate 360, WalkMe, SharePoint, Microsoft Office (Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams), Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, and Genially.Job Summary:
In this contingent resource assignment, the Business Execution Consultant will consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Business Execution, contributing to large-scale planning related to training and enablement. The role requires reviewing and analyzing moderately complex Business Execution challenges and supporting resolution through effective training design, delivery, and execution.
The consultant will collaborate closely with client personnel, leveraging a solid understanding of business execution practices, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to support successful training outcomes.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and facilitate complex training programs for diverse end-user groups, including frontline staff and operations teams
Create, maintain, and update training materials and facilitator guides; develop new content as systems evolve
Deliver training on highly technical software platforms with frequent enhancements and releases
Support onboarding and ongoing release training, quickly learning system updates and incorporating changes into training materials
Perform multiple roles as needed, including facilitator, co-facilitator, simulation runner, and training support
Lead and support hands-on sandbox training environments
Apply critical thinking to dynamic scenarios, weighing options to ensure the best possible training outcomes
Work independently while managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders through strong written and verbal communication skills
