Project Manager

Location: Doral, Florida - remote with occasional onsite for meeting

Role Overview

We are seeking a mid-senior level Project Manager with experience in application development projects within a large-scale enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will manage large, complex projects with multiple moving parts, working closely with stakeholders to drive requirements and development. This role involves managing projects across various business areas, including on-ship solutions, e-commerce, mobile applications, and IT finance and HR applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage large, complex projects with many moving components.
• Track project financials, including budget creation from scratch, tracking, and forecasting for multiple multi-million dollar projects.
• Drive project requirements and development processes.
• Manage backlogs and allocate resources effectively.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure clear communication.
• Conduct risk management and escalate high-risk issues as needed.

Required Qualifications

Experience: Mid-senior level experience as a Project Manager supporting data warehouse and application development projects in a large-enterprise environment.

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in Agile methodology.
• Proficiency with MS Project, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Experience working on Application development projects
• Heavy IT project background

Certifications: PMP certification is strongly preferred.

Additional Skills:

• Proactive, driven, and possesses strong communication skills to move projects forward.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the cruise line, hospitality, or travel industry.
• Scrum Master certification.
• Experience with SAFe, Kanban, or Daptiv.
