We are seeking a Network & Infrastructure Administrator to support and deliver infrastructure and networking projects and contribute to a collaborative infrastructure team. The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on technical work, thrives in project-based environments, and is comfortable working across on-prem and cloud systems while continuing to build depth in networking and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Execute and support network and infrastructure projects from design through implementation.
• Assist with administration and maintenance of on-prem and cloud network environments.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network hardware such as switches, access points, and related components.
• Assist with Windows and Linux server administration.
• Support virtualization platforms such as VMWare or Hyper-V.
• Participate in monitoring, alerting, and incident response for the infrastructure systems.
• Assist with firewall administration, network segmentation, and access controls.
• Contribute to automation and operational improvements using scripting or tooling.
• Support backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes.
• Maintain documentation for systems, changes, and project work.
• Follow and promote infrastructure, security, and operational best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or 2-5+ years of experience in infrastructure, networking, or systems administration roles.
• Solid understanding of core networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs).
• Experience with physical network administration (e.g., Cisco, UniFi, or similia platforms).
• Familiarity with enterprise firewall technologies.
• Experience administering Windows and/or Linux systems.
• Exposure to virtualization technologies (VMWare, Hyper-V, or similar).
• Experience or strong interest in Azure networking and hybrid cloud environments.
• Familiarity with monitoring and alerting systems.
• Basic scripting experience (PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar).
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently on assigned projects while collaborating with a broader team.
• Azure or Security+ certification.
• Experience supporting hybrid on-prem/cloud infrastructure.
• Familiarity with compliance-driven or regulated environments.
• 100% in office requirement.
