A bit about us:
We are seeking a hands-on IT Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with experience supporting Finance and G&A systems, particularly SAP Concur and/or ADP Workforce Now.
Position: Fully Remote and Contract Role
Length of Contract: 6 Month + extension
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pacific Time
Compensation: $49-$59 per hour + medical benefits
Must Have:
5+ years of Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or Project Management experience
Experience with SAP Concur and/or ADP Workforce Now
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
Experience creating requirements documentation
Experience resolving system tickets and production issues
Strong stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication and documentation abilities

In this role, you will partner with Finance, Enterprise Systems, and IT teams to support operational excellence, manage system enhancements, gather requirements, coordinate project activities, and drive successful business outcomes.
The ideal candidate has a strong blend of business analysis, project coordination, stakeholder management, and enterprise systems experience.
Business Analysis Duties:
Gather, document, and validate business requirements
Facilitate stakeholder interviews and discovery sessions
Develop functional and technical requirements documentation
Create process flows, workflow diagrams, and user stories
Support solution design and implementation planning
Systems Support:
Manage multiple concurrent projects and initiatives
Track milestones, issues, risks, and dependencies
Support ticket resolution and system enhancements
Coordinate testing, UAT, deployment, and change management activities
Work closely with internal teams and external vendors
Stakeholder Management
Partner with Finance, HR, Enterprise Systems, and IT teams
Communicate project status and business impacts
Facilitate decision-making and executive updates
Drive alignment between business and technical stakeholders
Governance & Compliance:
Support SOX compliance initiatives
Maintain ITcontrols and documentation
Ensure change control processes are followed
Support audit readiness and process documentation
Promote data governance and compliance standards
Reporting & Process Improvement:
Define and track KPIs
Analyze operational performance
Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency
Support continuous improvement initiatives
