Role Summary

The ServiceNow Project Manager will lead large-scale technology initiatives from project initiation through implementation, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards. This role requires strong leadership across Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies, with deep experience driving enterprise ServiceNow transformations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery including scope, schedule, budget, risk, and issue management.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and milestones aligned with business objectives.
• Apply Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies based on project and team needs.
• Engage and communicate with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring transparency and alignment.
• Direct cross-functional technical and business teams, monitor progress, and remove blockers.
• Proactively identify risks and issues, implement mitigation strategies, and drive timely resolution.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality, compliance, and organizational standards.
• Manage external vendors, track performance, and ensure SLA adherence.
• Evaluate and manage change requests, including impact analysis and approvals.
• Track project performance using KPIs and provide regular status reports to leadership.
• Develop and manage release and deployment plans, coordinating across multiple teams.
• Conduct post-project reviews, finalize documentation, and transition solutions to operations.

ServiceNow Experience (Must-Have)

• Strong experience leading ServiceNow Transformation initiatives in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Hands-on leadership in delivering multiple ServiceNow modules, with preference for:
• CMDB
• CSM (Customer Service Management)
• Solid understanding of:
• CSDM (Common Service Data Model)
• ITOM Discovery processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (preferred).
• 15+ years of experience leading and delivering technology projects.
• 10+ years of experience leading and implementing ServiceNow projects.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stream programs in enterprise environments.
