Job Title: Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (BSA)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong experience in Salesforce platform capabilities, business process automation, and financial services domain knowledge. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions and automation workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Salesforce implementations and enhancements.

• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Design and recommend automation solutions using Salesforce tools such as Flow, Process Builder, Approval Processes, and integrations.

• Support Salesforce Financial Services use cases including client onboarding, financial operations workflows, compliance tracking, and reporting.

• Work closely with developers, architects, and QA teams to ensure successful solution design and implementation.

• Conduct gap analysis between current processes and Salesforce capabilities.

• Lead UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and coordinate with stakeholders for validation.

• Create and maintain documentation including process maps, BRDs, and system diagrams.

• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through workflow automation and system optimization.

• Support release management and change management activities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Salesforce BSA.

• Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud / Service Cloud.

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce automation tools (Flow, Workflow Rules, Process Builder).

• Experience gathering requirements and writing BRD, FRD, and User Stories.

• Experience with financial services processes, such as banking, lending, wealth management, or financial operations.

• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodology.

• Strong stakeholder communication and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce certifications such as:

  • Salesforce Administrator

  • Salesforce Business Analyst

  • Salesforce Platform App Builder

• Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.

• Knowledge of data integrations, APIs, and middleware platforms.

• Experience with reporting tools like Salesforce Reports and Dashboards.
