Job Description


We are seeking a Loan Servicing Administrative Coordinator to join our team supporting Wholesale Lending Services within a leading commercial bank. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in syndicated loan servicing, task assignment, and reconciliation and a proven ability to manage high-volume workflows, interpret loan documentation, and coordinate across operations teams.



Responsibilities:



  • Monitor and manage the group mailbox, triaging and assigning incoming requests.

  • Assign daily client tasks to Loan Servicing Account Managers based on expertise and workload.

  • Reconcile daily borrower activity and workflow cases across the organization.

  • Monitor and escalate past-due principal, interest, and fee cases to drive timely resolution.

  • Update and maintain control and workflow reports with accurate comments.

  • Provide administrative support related to Credit Agreement terms.

  • Back up team members and contribute to special projects as assigned.


Required Skills & Qualifications:



  • Undergraduate degree preferred; or 3+ years of relevant job and industry experience.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Experience reading and interpreting syndicated loan documentation; familiarity with LoanIQ.

  • Strong attention to detail with effective organizational and time-management skills.

  • Ability to manage concurrent assignments and work independently within a team environment.

  • Excellent oral and written communication and client service skills.

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with sound judgment.


Preferred Skills:



  • Loan servicing or customer service experience in financial services.

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; entry level candidates are welcome.
