Job Description
We are seeking a Production / Technical Support III to join our team supporting SAP Concur. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in application production support, SAP Concur administration, incident and problem management, and performance monitoring and a proven ability to triage and resolve production outages under tight SLAs while partnering with business and development teams.
Responsibilities:
- Provide application production support for SAP Concur, including triage, root cause identification, and corrective actions.
- Resolve production outages and major business-impacting issues under tight deadlines and SLAs.
- Perform performance monitoring, proactive system health checks, and application access reviews.
- Partner with Line of Business and development teams to identify ongoing problems, propose solutions, and implement improvements.
- Review upcoming projects and deliverables with development on a regular cadence.
- Identify, escalate, and debate Risk and Governance issues as needed.
- Ensure production and performance SLAs are current and met; escalate exceptions.
- Create Knowledge Transfer and How-To documentation for production support procedures.
- Support an on-call rotation for off-hours and weekend coverage.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Hands-on SAP Concur administration, including expense report workflows, approval routing, policy and audit rules, compliance checks, cost objects and accounting codes, payments and reimbursements, and user provisioning and deprovisioning with SoD considerations.
- Strong triage and issue resolution skills with the ability to manage production-down situations under SLA.
- Experience with ServiceNow for Incident, Problem, and Request Management.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis and drive problem resolution follow-up.
- Effective liaison skills with business stakeholders and development teams.
- Experience with automation and task simplification; comfort with Copilot prompting.
- Familiarity with Dynatrace for application monitoring and performance analysis.
- Exposure to Autosys or similar job scheduling tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ownership of escalations and calm execution under pressure with attention to detail and teamwork.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in large enterprise production support environments with defined SLAs and governance.
- Background in financial services or expense management platforms.
