Job Summary

We are seeking a senior-level IT Infrastructure Analyst III to lead and support complex infrastructure projects within a highly secure enterprise environment. This role requires a strong blend of hands-on technical expertise and project leadership, particularly in Windows server administration, virtualization (Hyper-V), and infrastructure operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as technical project lead for large-scale, complex infrastructure initiatives, managing scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute server upgrades, patching, OS upgrades, system builds, and hardware deployments.
• Provide hands-on support and maintenance for physical and virtual server environments.
• Administer and maintain Microsoft Windows Server and Hyper-V environments, including backup, restoration, and disaster recovery processes.
• Collaborate with vendors, internal IT teams, and stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve complex system and security issues.
• Perform system integration across multiple platforms ensuring interoperability and performance optimization.
• Develop and interpret network and system diagrams/schematics for infrastructure planning and troubleshooting.
• Support and maintain secure building systems, including surveillance and access control infrastructure.
• Ensure proper inventory management of IT equipment, hardware, and security-related assets.
• Design and implement testing, validation, and quality assurance processes for infrastructure deployments.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation, including configurations, procedures, and system architecture.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience with Microsoft Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) administration.
• Hands-on expertise with Hyper-V virtualization (mandatory).
• Experience in server lifecycle management (installation, upgrades, patching, maintenance).
• Solid understanding of network design (logical & physical) and troubleshooting techniques.
• Experience with backup, recovery, and disaster recovery planning.
• Knowledge of enterprise infrastructure systems, including network, telephony, and security systems.
• Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues across integrated environments.
• Experience with system integration across multiple technologies and platforms.
• Strong understanding of IT security policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
• Ability to create and maintain detailed technical documentation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in government, public sector, or highly regulated environments.
• Exposure to access control systems, surveillance/CCTV systems, or institutional security infrastructure.
• Experience with vendor coordination and multi-team collaboration.
