Job Description:
This position involves managing complex, strategic projects in the field of technical innovation and instructional design. 
The role is remote and contract-based, requiring expertise in project management and familiarity with various technologies.
Responsibilities include overseeing the lifecycle of course development and learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee the creation and management of learning modules and instructional content.
Coordinate with experts to translate technical requirements into learning objectives.
Lead testing and quality assurance phases, incorporating feedback into final production.
Manage detailed project schedules reflecting dependencies and resource allocations.
Maintain financial forecasts and labor models to ensure projects stay within budget.

Qualifications
Minimum of seven years of experience leading complex, strategic projects.
Experience with curriculum development, LMS integrations, or EdTech product launches.
Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification highly desired.
Advanced proficiency in project management tools and content authoring tools.
Ability to translate technical language into executive-level reports.
