Handle incidents and service requests through the ticketing queue, delivering timely resolution for user and system concerns.
Review server records and supporting system data on a scheduled basis to ensure accuracy, completeness, and audit readiness.
Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements for new capabilities, support service implementation, and contribute recommendations for process and technology improvements.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including procedures, standards, and support materials for cloud operations.
