Description

SAIC is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team at the DOI.

Support the development of business processes, policies, roles and responsibilities, and performance metrics
Support discussions or workshops to identify areas of improvement, business needs, insights and validate findings
Support stakeholder meetings with organization and note-taking
Draft and revise technical documentation
Create and maintain PowerPoint presentations to communicate policies and workflows
Tracking action items and following up on their completion
Collaborate with stakeholders to define, document, and analyze business needs.
Establish and develop relationships between customer and stakeholders
Research and summarize federal and organizational policies related to data management and data governance

Qualifications

Ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

Strong technical writing
Ability to synthesize and distill complex information
Ability to effectively communicate business information with a diverse audience
Strong PowerPoint skills
Experience with desktop publishing tools
Ability to manage multiple assignments
Understanding of organizational structures and organizational change management
Experience with IT systems, GIS systems, Geospatial data environments, and data analysis, is preferred
Experience supporting data governance initiatives and data platform operations, is preferred

Bachelors and two (2) years or more experience; Masters and 0 years related experience.

Target salary range: $80,001 - $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
