RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that has an immediate for a Senior Workday Time and Absence Functional Tracking and Payroll for as a Functional Lead and Project Manager to support a global Workday rollout for a 1-year+ project. This is a remote contract position. This position will require travel to NYC once a quarter if needed with expenses covered
Summary:
The candidate will be responsible for full leadership including planning, Budget, all aspects or the rollout and have prior knowledge of legal and regulatory requires for UK, US and Ireland. This individual will lead functional design and configuration, translate business requirements into solutions, and partner closely with stakeholders and the implementation partner throughout the full project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead Workday Absence, Time Tracking configuration and functional design, including payroll (ADP)
* Gather requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions
* Configure business processes, workflows, prototypes, and data mapping
* Support implementation through go-live and post-production
* Manage and collaborate with the implementation partner
* Provide functional leadership throughout the full project lifecycle
REQUIREMENTS:
* 4-6 years or more of hands-on Workday Time Tracking and Absence experience
* Strong configuration, requirements gathering, and business process experience
* Experience leading Workday implementations
* Workday Time and Absence certification preferred, including prior certification
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Payroll knowledge strongly preferred
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
