Job Title: Duck Creek Configuration Developer / Senior Consultant
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Duck Creek Configuration Developer with strong expertise in the Insurance domain, particularly P&C Insurance, to configure, customize, and support Duck Creek solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Duck Creek Policy, Billing, or Claims, along with strong knowledge of policy administration systems, rating, underwriting, and insurance workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and develop Duck Creek Policy, Billing, and Claims solutions based on business requirements.
Develop and maintain Duck Creek Manuscripts, Expressions, Rating, Rules, Forms, and Workflows.
Support insurance lifecycle processes including Quote, Bind, Issue, Renewals, Endorsements, and Cancellations.
Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver scalable insurance solutions.
Perform troubleshooting, defect resolution, testing support, and production support activities.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to SDLC best practices.
Required Skills
6+ years of IT experience with 3+ years in Duck Creek Configuration/Development.
Strong experience with Duck Creek Author, Manuscripts, Rating, and Product Configuration.
Experience in P&C Insurance and Policy Administration Systems (PAS).
Experience with Agile/Scrum, Git, and CI/CD tools.
Preferred Qualifications
Duck Creek Certifications preferred.
Experience in Commercial or Personal Lines Insurance.
Exposure to AWS/Azure and DevOps practices is a plus.
