Job Details

The Battery Management System (BMS) and High Voltage (HV) Hardware-In-the-Loop (HIL) Engineer is responsible for executing tests on the HIL Testbench setup to verify BMS software and Hardware functions, including battery hardware control (cells, modules, contactor relays, HV bus). The engineer ensures compliance with Software specifications by working closely with battery systems, hardware, software release, software development, and safety teams. This role involves system-level architecture validation, test case development, and automation for robust verification.

Key Responsibilities And Deliverable
Define and implement system-level test cases covering BMS functionalities.
Conduct HV HIL testing to validate BMS software and hardware interactions.
Perform debugging, failure analysis, and root cause investigations in HV setups.
Ensure compliance with AIS, ISO 26262.
Validate CAN-based communication Protocols and safety mechanisms.
Test Bench development for validating BMS Functional and performance Tests.
