Genesis10 is currently seeking a Mainframe Developer for a hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC, Plano, TX and Pennington, NJ. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This position is responsible for the analysis, design, and coding of critical changes related to card products and operational efficiency. Working within an Agile scrum team, this role will support integrated solutions for an in-house card fulfillment application in a highly resilient mainframe environment. This position requires a hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days per week onsite.
Responsibilities: - Perform analysis, design, and coding for changes associated with card products and Enterprise Card Issuance (ECI) operational efficiency
- Support integrated solutions across all products fulfilled through in-house fulfillment operations
- Work on an associated scrum team, taking guidance from team leads
Requirements: - Extensive experience delivering software changes in a highly integrated and resilient mainframe environment
- Proficiency with Cobol, JCL/ECL, and DB2
- Experience with Agile methodology
- Basic knowledge of Jira
- Familiarity with MS 365 products
- Highly detail-oriented
Desired skills: - Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical users and partners
Pay range: $45.90 - $53.90 per hour
