Role Overview

We are seeking an innovative Oracle AI for HCM SME to champion the adoption of Oracle's embedded AI capabilities (Generative AI, digital assistants, predictive analytics) within Human Resources. You will partner closely with our sales teams to educate prospects, demonstrate automated HR workflows, and architect AI-driven talent solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • AI Solutions Positioning: Lead client-facing conversations highlighting the business value of Oracle's AI-driven HR features (automated job descriptions, candidate matching, employee assistance chatbots, and sentiment analysis).
  • Presales & Demonstration: Deliver compelling demonstrations of Oracle HCM Cloud integrated with AI and machine learning capabilities.
  • Use Case Discovery: Help prospective clients identify high-impact areas within talent acquisition, learning, and employee experience where Oracle AI can drive immediate efficiency.
  • Strategy & Guidance: Advise organizations on change management, governance, and ethical deployment of AI in the workplace.

Key Qualifications & Skills

  • 8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud (Talent Management, Recruiting, Core HR) with a dedicated focus on emerging features and AI enhancements.
  • Hands-on familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Generative AI services or embedded Oracle HCM AI agents.
  • Strong passion for HR technology trends, automation, and user experience.
  • Exceptional articulation of technical concepts to non-technical HR executives (CHROs, VPs of HR).
