Position Summary: OnBase Administrator / Developer
Contract Duration: Through 6/30/2026, with potential extension

📍 Work Location & Requirements

• Hybrid model – primarily remote
• Must be a Wisconsin resident or willing to relocate to Wisconsin within 30 days of start date
• Must be able to come onsite in Madison as needed
• Weekend coverage: Very rare, but possible later in the project

🎯 Role Overview
OCI IT supports and manages the OnBase by Hyland platform used for regulatory filings, document management, workflow automation, and internal business processes.
The contractor will support, maintain, and enhance existing OnBase solutions and work closely with OCI business users and IT staff. This role requires a strong balance of technical expertise, design thinking, and end‑user collaboration.

✅ Top Required Skills & Experience (5+ Years)
Certifications (MANDATORY):

• ✅ OnBase Certified WorkView Developer (OCWV)
• Must be completed or renewed within the past 4 years
• Certification attachment required at submission if possible

Technical Expertise:

• Building OnBase low‑to‑no‑code solutions using Hyland best practices:
• WorkView standalone applications
• Workflow standalone lifecycles
• Combined Workflow / WorkView solutions
• Document Composition templates
• Troubleshooting and enhancing existing OnBase solutions with minimal documentation
• Creating and maintaining business process and technical documentation

Functional & Soft Skills:

• Strong design thinking (outcome‑driven, not task‑driven)
• Direct collaboration with business users to resolve production issues
• Strong written and verbal communication (email, phone, video)
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and task‑management skills

• State and/or local government experience
• IT Service Management / ITIL certification
