Role:SAP EWM/TM AMS Lead

This is a client facing role, as such, being onsite at the client office in Raritan or Titusville, NJ is an expectation (at least for the starting few months)

Lead the EWM and TM AMS delivery workstreams within the S/4HANA program, engaging with business, IT stakeholders, Implementation SI, Transition vendor to lead and steer triaging, analyzing, and resolving incidents and production defects.
Manage all AMS deliverables in the logistics domain, ensuring SLA compliance and driving high-quality incident, problem, and change management resolutions
Must have strong communication and leadership abilities to work directly with end clients and drive outcomes
Any specific pharma domain experience required (if mandatory) - not required but will be a plus - EWM and TM Skills grounded in AMS delivery experience is essential.
1.EWM: inbound/outbound processes, warehouse structure, storage control, RF transactions, labor management, physical inventory, and production staging/consumption integration with PP.
2.TM: freight planning, carrier selection, freight order management, charge calculation, freight settlement, and integration with SD, LE, and external logistics partners.
Nice to have skills:
1.8 12 years of SAP experience with deep focus on EWM and TM in S/4HANA.
2.Minimum 1-2 full-cycle S/4HANA EWM implementations including advanced production integration (staging, backflush, shop floor execution).
3.Minimum 1 2 full-cycle S/4HANA TM implementations covering freight planning, order management, and integration with ECC/S/4 logistics processes.
4.Proven AMS leadership in managing incident queues, problem management, and driving SLA-based performance in EWM/TM.
5.Strong knowledge of integration points across PP, QM, FI/CO, and external supply chain/3PL solutions.
6.Demonstrated ability to lead global delivery teams and subcontractors, ensuring continuous improvement and service excellence.
