Senior ArcGIS Consultants with Qlik Sense experience

GIS Analyst / Land Management Systems Specialist

We are seeking an experienced ArcGIS Consultants with Qlik Sense experience Specialist to support enterprise land management, conservation, and geospatial data initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in GIS, data quality management, reporting, database technologies, and application support.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform data cleanup, validation, and resolution of GIS and non-GIS data conflicts.

• Support land inventory management and maintain spatial datasets for conservation lands, easements, recreation areas, and owned lands.

• Administer and support CLEAR and LITS applications, including troubleshooting user, workflow, and data-related issues.

• Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls through enterprise security tools.

• Develop and maintain GIS dashboards, ArcGIS StoryMaps, and Qlik Sense reports.

• Conduct geospatial analysis using ArcGIS Pro and ArcPy, including spatial joins, buffering, geocoding, and data validation.

• Design and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and reporting processes for enterprise databases.

• Support cadastral mapping, property ownership research, deed and title investigations, and land records management.

• Maintain Drupal web content and perform website administration activities.

• Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, workflow diagrams, and user support materials.

• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and support system enhancements.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with CLEAR and LITS systems.

• 2+ years of experience with ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, and ArcPy.

• 3+ years of experience with Python scripting and geospatial automation.

• 4+ years of experience developing dashboards and reports using Qlik Sense.

• Strong experience with SQL, Oracle, SQL Server, and TOAD.

• Knowledge of GIS principles, geodatabases, metadata standards, and spatial data management.

• Experience with data validation, QA/testing, and data reconciliation processes.

• Knowledge of role-based access control (RBAC) and user provisioning.

• Experience with Drupal content management.

• Familiarity with SDLC, Agile methodologies, QA, and UAT processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cadastral mapping, parcel data, land ownership research, and title records.

• Experience supporting environmental, natural resource, or conservation land management systems.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
