Summary

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is hiring for a Solutions Demonstration Experience Lead to join our enterprise technology client's Customer Experiences Team in Palo Alto. The successful candidate will be up-to-date on technical solution trends with strong technical knowledge. They will be an energetic and confident self-starter who is detail oriented, with excellent communication, presentation, and people skills.

Key Responsibilities:
* Design and customize the customer experience journey for Palo Alto and content based on account-specific needs to identify and deploy best solutions
* Lead discovery and agenda planning: Act as the technical advisor for visit/briefing agendas with Sales, ensuring every step aligns with customer priorities and our solution capabilities
* Prepare with purpose: Join pre brief calls to gather customer insights/pain points
* Translate needs into solutions: Translate ITDMs requirements into tailored technical solutions and demo paths that make value tangible
* Guide briefing execution: Partner with peers on implementing products, demos and tailored experiences that reflect customer priorities and the agreed success outcomes
* Lead technical tours: Host product deep dives and lead immersive technical tours during customer visits
* Tackle hot topics: Address advanced technical topics and customer challenges, co-partner with other specialized technical SMEs to support different solution architectures
* Reflect Vertical trends: Ensure technical content mirrors current industry dynamics and vertical/customer specific requirements to drive relevance and trust
* Stay current: Keep content and messaging accurate by staying updated on new products and technologies for confident, credible presentations
* Own technical aspects: guide the Demo & Tech Lead on implementing demos that reflect customer priorities

REQUIREMENTS:
* Four-year or graduate degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience or demonstrated competence
* Typically 10+ years of professional experience, preferably in a technical, program/project management, product management, marketing, or related role; or an advanced degree with limited work experience
* Strong technical aptitude, including the ability to set up and deliver technical demonstrations to customers and partners
* Proven customer-facing experience with the ability to understand and empathize with enterprise customers across industries
* Demonstrated confidence leading technical demonstrations and presentations for audiences with varying technical expertise
* Excellent organizational, planning, and project management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to change, and meet tight deadlines\
* Ability to effectively interface with all levels of management and cross-functional teams
* Self-driven, detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to maintain confidentiality
* Familiarity with video conferencing platforms, presentation tools, and virtual collaboration technologies
* Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
* English fluency required; second language proficiency a plus

Preferred:
* Deep technical expertise across solution portfolios and integration capabilities
* Consultative approach to uncover technical pain points and align solutions to business outcomes
* Strong content development, presentation, and storytelling skills
* Experience delivering or supporting services and solutions
* Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
* Customer-centric mindset with commitment to continuous learning

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
