Location: New Carlisle, Indiana (Onsite)
Employment Type: Contract

Role Overview

As a Data Center Technician, you will be a primary resolver for the support team, skilled at troubleshooting and resolving complex hardware infrastructure issues. You will create and maintain documentation on supported technologies and effectively pass down knowledge to junior staff. This role requires the ability to work autonomously to resolve most support issues and execute small projects independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware infrastructure issues.
• Create and maintain documentation on supported technologies.
• Provide knowledge transfer and act as an escalation point for junior technicians.
• Perform basic to intermediate system administration tasks, including remote tasks as part of a virtual team.
• Automate tasks with scripts where necessary.
• Work autonomously to resolve support issues and execute small projects.
• Collaborate with management in planning and executing larger local projects.
• Understand all aspects of the equipment you support.

Compensation & Benefits

The pay rate for this position is between $18.00 and $26.00 per hour.
