We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Business Data Analyst to join our Commercial Growth Analytics team. In this pivotal role, you will be the primary architect responsible for transforming complex datasets into clear, actionable, and visually compelling business intelligence. The ideal candidate is a Tableau expert who possesses a rare blend of creative dashboard design, advanced analytical computation skills, and the technical proficiency to manage server environments. You will not only build tools but also champion data visualization best practices to ensure scalability and accuracy across the Commercial organization.

responsibilities:

• Design, build, and deploy high-performance, interactive Tableau dashboards tailored to answer critical business questions and drive growth.
• Utilize sophisticated Tableau functionality, including Level of Detail (LOD) expressions, parameters, sets, and complex calculated fields to perform advanced analytical computations.
• Audit and consolidate existing Tableau content to minimize duplication. Maintain a compact, efficient set of certified reports that adhere to strict visualization best practices.
• Manage Tableau Server infrastructure, including content structuring, user permission/access provisioning, and the maintenance of certified shared data sources.
• Navigate multiple, diverse data sources, ensuring a deep understanding of data relationships and integrity during the ingestion and visualization process.
• Act as a self-starter and collaborative team member, utilizing effective time and project management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

4+ years of dedicated, hands-on experience in Tableau development and advanced data visualization.

Deep expertise in Tableau Desktop, with a proven track record of using intricate LOD calculations to solve complex business problems.

Strong working knowledge of Tableau Server administration, encompassing infrastructure management and capability provisioning.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a meticulous eye for detail and uncompromising data accuracy.

Experience working with the Snowflake cloud data platform.

Solid baseline understanding of SQL, with the ability to write queries to extract, join, and analyze data from relational databases.

Tableau Desktop Certified Professional or Tableau Server Certified Professional designations are highly desirable.
