We are seeking a delivery-focused Senior Project Manager to lead critical Commercial Finance initiatives and oversee the sustainment of our global business intelligence ecosystem. This role is a blend of traditional project management and functional data stewardship, requiring a candidate who can manage complex business processes, such as quarterly territory rollovers and forecast snapshots, while ensuring our Tableau-based reporting suites remain accurate and high-performing.


The ideal candidate will act as a strategic bridge between Global Commercial Finance, Regional Operations, and Technical teams, ensuring that our financial platforms and dashboards provide the executive leadership team with actionable, validated data.

responsibilities:

  • Lead all regional communications, establish global schedules/calendars, and manage the feedback loop with regions to validate account-to-territory mappings.
  • Align with Global Finance on timing for dashboard refreshes and subscriptions. Manage reporting flags, validate dashboard accuracy, and coordinate "snapshot" timings across the fiscal calendar.
  • Monitor quarterly changes to cost centers and gather global feedback for mapping updates or Opex allocation populations.
  • Oversee Tableau Server access requests, workbook-level security, and Row Level Security (RLS) definitions.
  • Manage extract refreshes, subscription logic, and support validations for global data publishes.
  • Coordinate dashboard activities during SAP release cycles and quarter-end close, including validations and pausing/enabling data extracts.
  • Lead project kick-offs, demos, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) sessions.
  • Own the preparation of executive PowerPoint presentations and the development/review of UAT test scripts.
  • Manage the dashboard intake and prioritization process, gather requirements for new designs, and support the development team through go-live.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for business partners regarding ad-hoc data questions and project plan proposals.




qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Computer EngineeringMinimum of 10 years of relevant project management experience, specifically within a Finance or Commercial Operations environment.


Strong working knowledge of Tableau (preferred) or similar BI tools. Familiarity with SAP environments and ServiceNow for request management.


A solid understanding of Commercial P&L structures, cost centers, and Opex allocations.


Proven ability to manage recurring, time-sensitive business processes with high attention to detail.


Exceptional ability to communicate with Executive Leadership Teams (ELT) and global stakeholders across different time zones.


Ability to act as the lead project manager, taking a concept from requirements gathering through to post-go-live sustainment.


Experience working in a matrixed global environment, aligning regional needs with global standards.


Comfortable navigating quarter-end pressures and technical release windows.
