Job description :
Design, develop, and deploy enterprise AI solutions leveraging LangChain, LangGraph, RAG, Agentic AI, and AI Governance. Senior engineers will additionally lead architecture, governance, and AI strategy initiatives.
Primary Skills: Python, LangChain, LangGraph, RAG, Agentic AI, OpenAI, Vector Databases, AI Governance, Cloud AI.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and deploy LLM-based applications, agents, and RAG solutions using LangChain/LangGraph.
- Develop prompt workflows, orchestration pipelines, and vector search solutions.
- Integrate LLMs with APIs, databases, and enterprise platforms.
- Implement AI governance, safety, compliance, and risk controls.
- Deploy and scale AI solutions on cloud platforms.
- Senior: Lead AI architecture, mentor teams, define best practices, and drive AI innovation.
Required Skills
- Strong Python development experience.
- Hands-on expertise in LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI/Azure OpenAI.
- Experience with RAG, Vector Databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma, Weaviate), and Agentic AI.
- Understanding of AI Governance, Responsible AI, Safety, and Compliance.
- Experience deploying enterprise AI solutions in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Preferred Skills
- Multi-Agent Systems and advanced AI orchestration.
- Guardrails, AI auditing, and compliance tooling.
- Experience leading enterprise AI programs and mentoring teams.
