Job Summary

We are seeking 2–3 experienced Microsoft 365 Support Engineers to provide L1/L2 support for enterprise migration projects. The ideal candidates will have strong Microsoft 365 support experience, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to assist users during migration activities while resolving post-migration issues.

Required Skills
Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments.
Strong troubleshooting skills for:
SharePoint Online
Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
Microsoft Teams
Windows 11 End User Computing (EUC)
Intune application deployment and device management
Experience providing L1/L2 Help Desk or Desktop Support.
Ability to troubleshoot user issues during and after migration activities.
Experience assisting with migration execution and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration and user support.
Ability to reimage devices and provide remote desktop support when required.
Comfortable joining support bridge calls to troubleshoot migration or user issues.
Excellent communication and customer support skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Quest Migration Manager (Quest ME) is highly preferred.
Experience supporting enterprise Microsoft 365 migration projects.
Knowledge of endpoint management and Windows device deployment.
Notes
Looking for experienced Help Desk/Desktop Support professionals with strong Microsoft 365 knowledge.
Candidates do not need expertise in every technology listed but should have a solid Microsoft 365 support background and be willing to assist across migration activities as needed.
